It's hard to experience a book of any sort in 2D, and especially an artists' book, where the tactile experience of the materials and the different interactive methods used to engage the reader are a hugely important part of the overall experience. Even if I included a photograph of each page so you can see the whole book, you would still miss the interaction between reader and book. The feel of the pages heightens the intimate, physical act of holding the book and turning the pages to reveal the message. To me, this is an integral part of experiencing book art.

I'll also warn you -- even though I'm promising you pictures, there are still alot of words! The reason and way a book comes to be is such an important part of the book to me that I felt compelled to include that information - I usually even include it in the colophon of each book.
